About 1/2 wire and 1/4 wire use tips:
When use 1/2 wire; please make sure that 2 pads connected with the same wire placed on your skin at the same time;When use 1/4 wire; you could use 2 pads or 4 pads at the same time; if you use 2 pads; please make sure 2 pads are connected on the same wire with 1 pad for white snap and 1 pad for blue snap.

Q1. Why intensity can't be adjusted?
A: The upgraded model tens massager has a protective function to avoid shock. Please make sure the electrode wire is connected to the machine and the pads are connecting the electrode wire pasted above the skin properly. If any port didn't connect well; the device can't adjust intensity.
Q2. Why pads no sticky after several days?
A: Skin must be clean and dry. Dirty or oily skin will prevent electrode adhesion. Applying a few drops of water after usage will increase the longevity of the pads and let them dry naturally. Place pads on the holder or place plastic film to keep the gel moisture after use.
